For the more veteran fishers out there. I made a fishing mod that doesn't make it easier but harder, every fish is a real struggle now. It makes all fish shoot up and down often and quickly, So pay attention or you will lose it. Right now it makes ALL fish harder. How to install this mod: 1. Download the file. 2. Go into your stardew valley folder. 3. Go into the content folder 4. Go into the data folder. 5. Make a copy (for secuirity if something goes wrong) of the fish.xnb folder that is located in the data folder 6. Replace the fish.nxb with the fish.nxb you downloaded. 7. It should be harder now to fish, Restart the game. Updates: Version 1.0 Released Be sure to backup your files before attempting to mod it for secuirity

I am now tempted to make a "Insane Fishing" mod, where the fishes just teleport up and down in the bar.
It makes the fishing minigame harder for the more veteran players that are near end game and get bored of the fishing. It has no impact on the quality of the fish.
Haha Goodluck catching fish now. This is incredibly hard, So hard that i lost 1/2 fishes with everything maxed..
I'm practicing on Carps in "Hidden Woods" above Wizard Tower. My success rate is about 50% for now Hell yeah, it's hard because Carp was an easier fish to catch before.
