Bug/Issue Half broken screen sometimes and Lag

Hello , so when im playing sometimes randomly a part of the screen appears broken and it got fixed by disabling vsync on config file of starbound , now i lag a lot when i have vsync disabled and no idea how to fix that , any ideas? i have AMD card atm

 

If by broken screen you mean a sudden "empty space" appearing when you move, which turns into terrain\objects\etc after you wait for a while, then it may be low PC performance problem? I often have this if I move too fast for my PC to handle the world loading for me.

 

suddenly a blue image appears fast , like when you get a pc error , i turned vsync on again and in amd panel well turned everything on and seems like it got fixed , maybe it was "override app vsync" that did it.
I still have slows sometimes but i think it is a game issue (happens when there are a lot of enemies together spawning or something)
