Right but GIMP itself is free, so it's just silly to torrent it. That's just my opinion though.

GIMP has an official download through torrent, it's safe to say there's going to be enough seeders that it'll be faster than a regular download.

Pretty sure Gallows told you they have an official torrent right? Torrents are superior to regular downloads unless the direct download in question is on a good server and not many people are seeding.
