I have an idea for the races armor ability

like their hunger bar goes down slower if you wear glunaght armor

 

Might make the Armor too OP & 'must have'.

 

well i just thought that since their turtle people, that they might have a slow digestive system

and im not talkin about really slow i mean like slightly slower than other races

 

This race reminds me a lot of Toothless from "How to Train your Dragon".

 

This race looks amazing

With the soundtrack for the species -
I think it sounds perfect, but if you add some high pitched bells in there... that might help with representing the diamonds/crystals/ores/gems.

But yes allow me to shed light on my plans here.

Unfortunately my scanner has long been broken, so for updates I may have to rely on pixels and text.

This will result in an abundance in animation, furniture and such.

I will limit updates on this thread, and relegate most cultural and non-game related items to my devianart page and youtube channel. However my youtube channel will not have uploads until I obtain animation soft ware. So don't get too excited.

Finally and most importantly I will be splitting the thread once a modding forum section is open. The technical and game aspects will be place in the mod sections were as I shall have details, art, and such placed in either the off topic, or clubs. This thread itself will either be deleted, locked, or just left alone I am unsure.

Here is a clear outline of my goals.

1.finish character sprites including animations, and customization.
((side project) Hire someone of create a flash program in which you can create and character)
2. being work on sprites ,including animations, of Makazi's creatures
3. Once game comes into beta, being work on furniture and material blocks. (If modding section of the forum is created then the spiting commence.)
4. Make necessary modifications to living being sprites.
5.Enjoy a bowl of slugs.
6.this is all i have so far.

 

Thought you guys might enjoy a small look at the awesomeness that is to come.

Hmm, good point... maybe then rounden up the top right of it, the part with crystals, a little, to make it more shell-like?

 

I am unsure, I find myself very happy with what I have now. Perhaps if the finish product comes out undesirable.
I assure you though it will be quite the site, I mean I'm not even done bedazzling it yet.
