    I have Frackin Universe. Ever since I installed the game on my new computer it crashes frequently. Usually at startup but sometimes it happens later like in the middle of playing. I try to land on certain planets and I end up back on my ship. I have tried reinstalling the game twice. I always verify integrity of game files. None of my other steam games crash like this. I have windows 10. It usually crashes right after the fish icon plays or when I select my character.

    Please provide your full starbound.log located in the storage folder of your starbound install. It may appear as only "starbound" depending on the file extension settings of your OS.

    It seems that you're running out of RAM.
    Code:
    Caused by: std::exception: bad allocation
    This mostly indicates full RAM. Since you have an APU your VRAM is bound to your RAM. It seems to be a hardware limitation in that case.
    You also have FU installed which might be overkill for your machine.

    Funny enough, after a few tries it does start... I wonder why it's not every time.

    So I can confirm that the issue is not RAM related. I had the exact same issue, after a few tries Starbound would load but it was honestly random whether or not I would get a fatal error on load. Installing xbawks fixed everything, for steam players it is on the workshop, same name, quick search will find it.
