Bug/Issue Game not responding to keyboard or mouse

After I launch into my session the game does not respond to any keyboard or mouse inputs nor does the cursor appear on screen. I don't have any controllers plugged in and I am using a standard Logitech keyboard and mouse. I have tried restarting the game and computer and non have worked.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
