It's not lack of intelligence that makes "people" stupid. It's when that intelligence is wasted because they don't apply themselves that annoys me. Too many people are content to be "average" when all of us could be a lot more. (even smartasses like me)

 

i'm pretty certain some people do just have a lack of intelligence, take jack thompson for instance. try saying he's not stupid. your mouth won't allow it. like, your lips will seal and refuse to speak such heretical words

 

Intelligence is simply potential. If a "dumb" person tries their hardest to be the best they can be, they'll be a more successful and better person than someone who is smart and doesn't do anything (like if there were a Paris Hilton that was intelligent but still made the same decisions her real world version does).
