Bug/Issue Fullscreen flickering after Update 1.1.1

My Computer Specs:

Dual-Boot iMac, Mid-2011
Mac OS 10.9 / Windows 10 Pro
Intel Core i5-2400x CPU @ 2.5GHz
64-bit on both OS
12 GB Ram
Uses Steam
SB files saved to external hybrid drive, connected via USB 3.0

After the update, my game flickers on the bottom half when in fullscreen. This happens on both the Mac OS and Windows OS. I've tried different things like setting the Borderless Window in Options on and off, turning off Steam Overlay, but no luck.

It's hard to describe the flicker in exact detail because occasionally it changes color, like bright red, white, and sometimes shows pixel snow on a black background (not snow from the game, but static snow like white pixels).

Has anyone else experienced this issue?
