Friend's Stardew Valley Not Launching

So my friend just bought Stardew Valley. But whenever he goes to launch the game, it would say its running but stop after 3 seconds and nothing happens. We've searched up solutions so anything like:

-Headphones/Speaker
-XNA Repair
-Verify Integrity
-Uninstall and Reinstall
-Rebooting Computer
-Run as an admin
Etc.

The thing we noticed was that the Stardew Valley folder doesn't appear when you check on the %appdata% folder and we think that's the cause. Any idea on how to fix that or any other solutions?

I had same problem when I used Rivatuner with MSI Afterburner to show hardware thermals etc on overlay. Crashes happened even when the overlay was disabled but turning the "Application detection level" of RivaTuner Statistics Server to None fixed the crashes completely. So if friend of yours is using it you should mention it!
