Modding Help fps drops with mods

Heyo so I have over 200 mods, and while the performance overall is smooth, picking up items or opening up the craft menu randomly gives a mini freeze, or fps drop. It also does this randomly in the world while I'm moving through it. Is there any way to fix this or am I just going to have to remove a-lot of mods?

 

I have the same issue when playing without mods. I'm not sure if removing some mods would even help.
