Bug/Issue Forced disconnection from server/client

One of my users is having issues running on my server. He said that it disconnects him for inactivity, but he's active while it's doing it. It's showed him both a disconnected from server for inactivity AND disconnected from client for inactivity error so far.
He also crashes to desktop when trying to pull titanium bars out of a chest, or when using it in the forge. When he logs back in, the titanium is in his inventory.

The server is running through PenGUIn. It has Frackin' Universe, Elithian Races, and a Server Inactivity increase mod (was seeing if that would help him).
