Closed FOR PEOPLE THAT GET: Access violation error

Run everything as administrator that means going to the programme set it in admin mode,
For the launcher starbound it self and starbound_opengl... I some fancy shots and The file location
I hope this is easy enough for you guys!

If this doesn't work you can allowe steam to force it in administrator mode,
You go to a steam short cut, and add a command to it: -forceservice LIKE below. (BTW STEAM HAS TO RESTART TO DO THIS)

You go to a steam short cut, and add two commands to it like how you did with -forceservice,
They are: /low -silent
/low makes steam run in lowe priority wich makes steam use 20K less Memory,
-silents This suppresses the dialog box that opens when you start steam,



STEAM CLOUD, the monster of lag! TURN THAT SHIT OFF you wont be able to chat with people in game,
Wich means you have to alt tab BUT GOD damm that is 13-15K of memory back

The Fix apparently is,
* Copy Steam\steamapps\common\Starbound\win32\libeay32.dll to Steam\steamapps\common\Starbound\win32\launcher\

I love you so much. After trying the entire day this fixed my FPS problem.

 

I can"t Add command on steam ....

 

I hosted a server fine yesterday, now I'm getting the error Did what you said and it still doesn't work.

 

Where i can find Admin mode?

Worked before Update, now does not have this option in server.config! HELP ME PLS!

It has to be a short cut of steam to add -forceservice

And btw because the update I don't know how to fix the server crashing any more, Sorry..

 

When i try to add "-forceservice" I get a error that says something like it's invalid :S

You added it to a Shortcut OF steam not steam it self it wil be like this,
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steam.exe" -forceservice
Space between this "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steam.exe" and this -forceservice


-forceservice
This allows steam to run any game you start up in admin mode, For windows vista/7/8
