Modding Help FIXED! Help. I was never able to install a mod

Can someone please help me? It is my first time trying to use a mod, but clearly I am failing on it.

Hi @Pathoschild , thanks for the reply! I fixed it yesterday by uninstalling he SMAPI, blocking the windows defender and installing it again. It worked.
