Resolved [Fixed] Cannot upgrade ship to Condor class

When I recruited all 10 crew members, the animation for getting the Condor license played, but I did not get the "Condor Ship Upgrade" quest. Penguin Pete has no quest marker above him. Penguin Bay does sell the fake Condor license, but I do not have 150k pixels. Running the admin command `/startquest shipupgrade5` catches an exception: `(JsonParsingException) Error parsing json: unexpected character parsing word at 1:1`. I checked the `shipupgrade5.questtemplate` definition file and it parses fine in other parsers. I have attached the full log below.

 

Nevermind, I was running `/startquest` incorrectly. I needed to run `/startquest '"shipupgrade5"'`. the json it was loading was the argument, not the quest file.
