File deleted

    My saved file disappeared all of the sudden. I went to load my game and out of the blue the screen turns to no saved files... I didn’t press the delete button by accident because I did not see the confirmation of deleting file that appears before deleting.
    How would you retrieve the file is it possible. I have done so much.
