Farm cave question

I have a question regarding the farm cave. I chose the bats at the beginning of my game to make getting fruit for the bundles easier. Now though I am wishing I had chosen the mushrooms. There is a mod that makes Demitrius come back every year so you can change it, but it is out of date. I think it can be changed ia save state editing but I am not sure how or what to look for/change to do it. If anyone has any ideas or cna help I would be very grateful.

 

These instructions should still apply when save-editing to change it. Make sure you keep a backup copy of the save before you change anything.
