Bug/Issue exception caught in client main-loop helpp

Each time i try to play with a friend it makes an error
If he join me his game crash and if i join him i get this error Exception caught in client main loop, eof reached
i just bought this game to a friend of mine and really wanted to play with him
On my old computer it was working fine
After checking online i saw that i needed to delete everything in storage it didn't helped me
im new here so i don't really know how it works if you need log or anything i can send it i got 3 logs
I can't upload any.
Tell me what to do please!
