Disappearing seeds/fertilizer box on ground

I have bough several rare seeds and coffee seeds that disappear when I plant them. It happens any time if the game year. And now I have used basic fertilizer and one of the boxes has been put on ground and will not go away. Is there a solution?

 

You could blow it with a cherry bomb, but that will destroy crops around it.
Also, rare seeds and coffee beans are fall and summer crops, they can't be grown at any other time of the year, and I don't know what console you're playing on, so I can't tell you if it's supposed to straight up prevent you from planting them in the wrong season, like it does on PC, or if it doesn't do that and sounds like an annoying bug

 

I have ps4. I tried planting them in all seasons. They all just disapoear.
