Different Races Speculation Thread

So with than announcement of races, a question of what races there will be comes to mind. So what are your thoughts?

 

Lizard race has already been confirmed ^_^
I'm hoping for a skeleton / robot race

Penguin Race probably will come. I'm hoping for an arachnid-type species.

I read it when somebody else was quoting it from an IRC with a dev. I really don't want to have to look it up again but yes it's been confirmed.

Are we pushing for Raccoon playable race next ? ^^

 

We need a zombie race that can live without one or all of its limbs.

We need Pony races, but that'll probably never happen.

We need Plant races that regenerates health in the sun and can burrow.

We need morph races that can turn into other races once it unlocks them via some method.

Well I asked two days ago on IRC about it, and I was given a maybe. I'd like to see IRC quotes or something that confirms these races.

 

I want to be an owl man. Is this the game for me?

Raccoons would be cool.. you know me. I'll say Dragons! A quadraped race would be an interesting switch!

 

I'd rather like a race of things that can roll fast as a form of running. Like, they start running slower than other races, but then speed up and start rolling and moving faster than the other races. In one of the screenshots on the website's media page has something that looks like a armadillo all rolled up, so probably one of those.

 

As long as there are no Spidermen I'm game for anything.

 

Oh man, a race of armadillo people would be tops.

 

Fire-resistant lava-svimming people. Don't really care about how they look, I just want to be able to freely explore the firey worlds.
