I'd like the ability to warp to the desert using a desert totem allowing you the ability to get in the desert pre 10am and without needing to talk to pam. Idea for recipe: Mining level 10, 5 hardwood 1 coconut 1 cactus fruit This prevents trialing to the desert before unlocking the key, or extremely lucky being about to get to it though the trailing merchant.
Maybe it should use a Golden Mask or some other artifact you can only dig up in the desert? That way there's 0% chance of getting it before you get there, and also it would make it pricey (which the totems tend to be). Edit: In fact, I'd love to see a mod that makes the totems infinite uses but makes them hella expensive to make. I wonder if there's a mod like that already?
