Crashing Upon Death (Annoying Bug makes the game unplayable)

    In Game, I play normally until I die. After each death I get a crash notification no matter what options I change and after a whole week of searching no bug fixes could be found and it seems this only happens to me.

    This was on Windows 10 Home Version 1803 OS Build 17134.165, Crashes in both Full-screen and Windowed

    I've attached the error logs.

    I have a video recording of the bug happening if it is needed.
