Bug/Issue crashing before title screen after graphics card update

    Before the chucklefish logo comes up, game crashes. The game was working fine before I updated amd drivers.
    I attempted to fix by uninstalling and deleting all the files from the steam apps folder and turning off amd's graphics acceleration in the game.

    Installed amd radeon version now is 17.9.3 - before was 16 point ... something .... :')
    Card is AMD radeon hd 7800

    rolled back to 16.11.4 which solved the problem, still does not work with 17.9.3
