Crash when starting modded starbound (solved)

I'm gonna be starting a modded server for me and my friends soon so I'm trying to test the mods I want on my pc first but one of my mods (or a lack of certain dependency mods?) are causing a crash and I'm not sure what to do.

I apologize if this is in the wrong section, please move it to the right one.
I'm on windows 11

I got help elsewhere and found the problem mods and the game actually started, so this forum post is no longer needed.
