Bug/Issue Crash when going to sleep

I'm now unable to continue playing Stardew Valley as the game crashes every time I go to sleep. I don't have any mods installed besides a horse/dog retexture and I've tried a number of different fixes other people have suggested. I've put everything in a trunk and slept with nothing, I've taken all the food out of my fridge, I even started a new game and it worked for about 6 days before it started crashing again.

Not sure what else I can do and I would really like to keep playing because I love this game, but that just doesn't seem possible right now.
