Bug/Issue Crash on startup

I decided to start playing starbound again after a small break from it and when ever i tried to launch it with or without mods completely it would pop up a error window that says:

and when ever I click the okay button or close button the whole game closes even thought behind the message the games shows to be running just fine with the main menu open. I am unable to just hide the message to continue playing because it will keep it self focused over the game. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it twice and it still pops this up when ever I try the game. I have even tried removing my player and world data so it is completely a clean slate and that does not fix it. I have been able to play it on my current computer before and has worked fine.
