Bug/Issue Crash on setup

Just bought the game.
In the steam library the game is labeled as Running for a second or so, goes to Syncing and immediately shuts down with no error message or anything.
Now this is where things get icky, before launching the game I subscribed to like 15 workshop mods right after installing the game. Game didn't start so I looked through the log(https://pastebin.com/ZufrVeiy) and found issues with one of the mods so I unsubscribe from it - won't do, I removed all the mods but it still didn't work.
The log remained the same after every fail to launch, I decided to delete the log but the game still won't create new logs.
I tried verifying game files, reinstalling the game, several times, relaunching steam, rebooting my pc even - no bueno.
What do?

 

32 bit version worked, however 64 bit is asking for the api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll
