Bug/Issue Crash on character load

(Windows)
At some point when I was last playing my game suddenly crashed and the error log below began popping up, every time after the initial crash, whenever I try to load into the character I was playing while the crash happened, I get the same error log. However, I can load into other characters.
I have tried Uninstalling and re-installing the game, Running the game as administrator, Verifying the game cache and Restarting my computer, but none of that has worked. Any help would be great, thank you.
