Bug/Issue Clint Gathering Quest Broken

Every time the Gathering quest is in the help wanted board, I bring 30 copper ores to Clint. When I give him the ore, he reacts to it like a present instead of fulfilling a quest. So instead of being thankful and giving me a reward, he says, "This makes me depressed." Anyone else have this problem or know of soemthing I'm doing wrong? Thanks.

 

make sure the quest shows as completed when you press "F" before trying to hand him the ores. If its not registering as complete, you need to get more ores. Sometime this mean take "new" ores from your chest only, other times it requires you to go dig/mine at least 1 additional ores. As long as the quest shows completed and ready for delivery its all good to deliver. This applies to all delivery quest. If the quest shows completed and ready for delivery it won't be consider a gift.
