character sheet

Hi,
I have a question?
If I create a character in the game. How is possible it that I give my character a backstory with character content.
The game is only the loader for the world which I play in, right? How I can give my character a character sheet?
It is a Role-Play Game, so it should possible to write a character sheet. But I don't know how? Can you answer it, please?

Okay, but I would like to write down because it can be that I forget it and then I don't know what is the backstory.
