Bug/Issue Character creation layer misallignment

Steps to Reproduce:
Change the following settings in the character creation menu.

• Humans - changing underwear color whilst certain personalities/ genders are selected.
  
• Avians - no issue noticed.
  
• Apex - Changing Fur/ Skin color whilst certain personalities/ genders are selected.
• Floran - Changing Leaf color whilst certain personalities/ genders are selected.
• Hylotl - Changing Fin/ Belly color whilst certain personalities/ genders are selected.
  
• Glitch - Changing Detail/ Lights color whilst certain personalities/ genders are selected.
• Novakid - no issue noticed.

Attachments: The attachments include a gif that cycles between the two color sets on a Hylotl rapidly, this makes the sprite's movement more obvious.
The second is an image that shows the skin beneath an Apex's head showing where it should not.

Version: (unknown?) - The most resent update as of, 1/2/2024 7:40 (PST)
Platform: Windows 10, Steam
Additional information: Occurs in vanilla game. Occurs with modded races. Reinstall was unsuccessful in fixing issue.
