Bug/Issue Character creation: hover text displaying outside of window

Hello, getting back into Starbound and recently installed FU along with all of the suggested mods:

• FU Races/Music/Interface/XMas/Action Bars
• Elithian Races
• Shellguard Expansion
• Quickbar Mini
• Enhanced Storage
• Startech
• bk3k's Inventory
• More Planet Info
• XS Mechs: Modular Edition

Running on macOS Catalina 10.15.4 (Macbook Pro 13", Mid 2012)

Encountered a minor issue (screenshots attached) where the hover text for races listed on the fourth row and below breaches the top of my screen and I can't seem to find a way to bring it below/minimize it.

I've attempted restarting the game, uninstalling and re-installing all the mods, and toggling between fullscreen/borderless window modes.

I've also tried adjusting the screen resolution to every possible resolution (my screen is originally 1440x900).

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciate! Just wanna be able to read the full description of each race in-game. I haven't encountered any other issues with hover descriptions so far when testing out gameplay with a character.
