Closed Cant fix "Api-ms-win-crt-runtime|1-1-0.dll" Problem

Lets get straight to it.
So i saw the colony update come out, and i wanted to play it,
so i updated starbound, everythings alright and the error
that someone reported in the sticky notice forum appeared.
so before i even saw that, i want to www.dll-files.com and
downloaded the api-ms whatever. but before i did that i uninstalled
and reinstalled and it didnt work. So now, i checked if i was in service pack 1,
which i WAS, and i repaired Visual C++ Redistrutable 2k15... because i already had it!
Now im just stuck on the error:

The procedure entry point ucrtbase.terminate could not be located
in the dynamic link library api-ms-win-crt-runtime-|1-1-0.dll.

Help me out pls i wanna make my colony[DOUBLEPOST=1440884507][/DOUBLEPOST]bumplbee
