Bug/Issue Can't create custom campaign

I have had this problem before, but I do not remember how it was solved the last time so i am posting this for ideas.

The issue: When i press custom content, then create, then campaign, the game post an error message saying "could not find the selected campaign file." If i repeat the process again. it will take me to the campaign select screen. If I press new, the game crashes. I cant select duplicate or delete, because it will not load in the campaign i have made before. If you have had this problem before, how did you solve it?
