Modding Help Can some one please make this mod for me

i would like a mod if its possible by pretty much any means possible not hendering my to much can you give me lightning based NON weapon powers like something i can do with my body the thing i want specificly is based off of killua zoldyack superspeed along with the power of enhanced strength and hand to hand combat prowes with the adition of lightning abiltys and a charged form surrounding me ina electric aura and a cool effect tho if this is to needy can u tell me what u can do in the tread
