Buildings no longer available in Robin's shop

So I did the final house upgrade and I went back to Robin's shop to build a horse stable but the option to build structures is no longer available. When I go to her register, it automatically goes to the furniture store option.

Think this might be because of the beta but the Shrine of Selfishness does not work. I've tried it twice with no result. It shows the doves and message pops up saying "goodbye 'insert children's names'", but when I go back to my farmhouse the children are still there.
