Bug when talking to Willy (iOS)

I’ve been playing on iOS for a awhile now and I’ve started getting this bug in the last few months. Whenever I talk to Willy when he is moving, he duplicates when he’s done talking. There’s a quick stutter movement just as the the dialogue disappears, and then one Willy walks away while another is temporarily frozen, then starts following the other Willy to his destination. It doesn’t affect gameplay very much, it’s just odd. This only started happening in the last few updates, and no other character has this bug (so far).
