bug list 2015.06.18 1.2.8.

* in-game Achievement : "Loader: Kill the Overloading Magma" is broken. ( i already got the gigantic amethyst from "Obtain 30 items" challenge ),
+ in-game Achievement : Obtain 30 items in one playthrough. cannot be done, so in 1.2.8 the Loader cannot be unlock!
+ in the item log, gigantic amethyst unlock help say to "Obtain 30 items" and its not true!
* All steam Achievement broke, you cant get them, despite you got them in the game already!,
* Falling out from the map sometimes.
