Bug/Issue Botanist Skill not working with Spring Onions

Hello,

It is a fairly minor bug, but I guess I should report it anyway: as the title says, the "Botanist" skill doesn't seem to work with the "Spring Onion" item. Every "Spring Onion" item, which is labeled as a "Forage" item, I got was of the lowest quality.

Anyhow, I'll keep you informed if I encounter other forage items which aren't affected by the skill.

EDIT: It seems the same is true for Salmon Berries (exclusive to Spring), although this may be intentional in that case.
