Bookmarks & Teleporters from version to version

After reading some older threads, I am very concerned about keeping all my bookmarked planets when we transition to a new version.

For my Home and Underwater Farm planets I wrote the coordinates down... but I have MANY bookmarks to specify potential colony sites or biomes to collect resources/materials.

My question is: is there a way to back-up or export a file containing all the Bookmarks and the Teleporter locations?

If there is not, devs, can you please make one?

I really don't want to lose these locations when the Starbound Universe gets even more exciting with the new updates.
