Blurry screen?

So I was mining on floor 14 and suddenly the top and bottom of my screen are now blurry. Not sure how or why it happened, other than my mods aren't the cause of it. Tried changing the lighting settings, zoom level, nothing worked.

I'm assuming there's probably an easy fix for this, but I'm at a loss, so if someone could provide a solution, that'd be great.


EDIT: Forgot to mention I'm on PC.

EDIT2: Said "easy fix" that I couldn't figure out turned out to be reloading the game. Still don't know how/why it happened, but if a mod or someone similar wants to delete this, by all means. As for me, I'm going to go make some coffee since my brain is apparently not functioning well enough to think of a reboot right off the bat.
