Bug/Issue Birthday gift not counting on displayed gifts

    Hello,

    I have given a villager a gift plus a birthday gift, but his portrait on my list still only shows one "X" for gifts. When attempting to give him another gift for the week, it says "you've already given two gifts this week!"

    I know birthday gifts can be given as a 3rd gift for the week if the other two are given first, but it seems like it should run a check and "X" the extra gift slot if only one has been given.

      Are you sure you didn't already give 2 gifts before the birthday gift? If you have, it reverts to 1 X in the gift screen. It's probably not how it should work though, seeing it's a bit confusing.

        Oh, I see. I thought I gave him two gifts but thought I was mis-remembering!
