Why? That doesn't make sense at all. If it's not out the around the 4th, then it will be out before Dec 31. It's still in the same month. I think you can wait till then.

 

Oh darn, haven't you heard? Archaeologist recently translated the latest mayan prophecy , end of the world is actually December 3rd 2013.

In all seriousness, i'm glad the beta has been announced, hope everything goes smoothly with steam and what not.

 

The tweet says around dec 4. I really hope they wait til the 6th to let ppl freak out for a couple of days.

Guys, I got a fever! And the Only prescription is....

 

First off my analogy makes sense, since Starbound will not go vaporware, it will come out regardless of pretty much anything barring the earth being wiped out by an asteroid. So you invested money in a game which will come out "when it's done" you will get your product, and presumably be happy with it, and so no money was wasted.

As for the speed, whether you feel like it was sped up or not by your 10 dollars, well I don't know what to say. These people can work on the game full time because of the money we put up. Their full time work speed isn't fast enough for you is all.

 

Man, I am so stoked. I just rolled around on my bed hugging a pillow and screeching a bit. I should go bake a friggen cake to celebrate!
