The potion, it's annoying as hell now.

 

Am I the only one who wants t get to all the cool parts of the 1.2 terraria update but is sick of having to do a bunch of grinding for hundreds of ores only to be made useless shortly afterwards? Plus whats the point of the massive trees anyway?

 

I skipped iron and gold armor so far in this run, but it still took a while, mostly from draining the left ocean and skybridge tinkering. Also, the world trees have a chance to have unique treasure chests spawn below them, but if they're not there, they're just an obstacle.

I think it's fun, but I never used them before 1.2, so I don't know how they compare.

 

Has anyone found an glowing mushrooms in Terraria yet? I haven't found ANY. I blame Terraria.

 

Before they just flipped your character so you didn't have to worry about orienting yourself, you could keep your aim while going back and forth, now it’s just distracting.

 

So... does this clan have a (un)official terraria server?

Shreds was talking about a weekend server, only for four or five people, but I don't know if that's still on or who's invited.

As much digging as I have done I have encountered no gold or silver (I have tungston armor atm)

 

I've found like eight places they grow in my map, but so much Crimson...

Apparently certain ores are replaced on world generation by an upgraded version; in my world so far, all the gold has been replaced by platinum. I think tungsten is the equivalent to silver.

 

I think it's random as I have no platinum, but a crapton of gold.

 

Tin = Copper
Lead = Iron
Silver = Tungsten
Platinum = Gold
Then some hardmode, CBA to put them. You will ONLY get one side, I.E, If you get Tin, you will never find copper naturally spawning, but you can get it with a extractinatior.
