Just a heads up, we're currently putting some badges on hold since the forum's medal system still has a few quirks to work out since the maintenance.

I didn't want anyone thinking we were ignoring this thread

I think I remember them saying they would be putting some badges on hold and not giving them away for a while, and I'm pretty sure the welcome to goodburger badge is one of them

Oh yeah.. If we look Miss Izzabelle's last post in this thread, it's still being fixed. I guess we just wait and see.

Who: @L3W
For which badges: Magnificent Modder; Genetically Modified
Why: L3W is a great help to the modding community - His mod is amazing (I'm talking an insane amount of weapons from the Legend of Zelda series, all done by him with little to no help, coded perfectly and the pixel art is all done by hand and looks great.)
He also helps others with their mods - A bunch of starting modders trying to get their mod out there, his friends, and even experienced modders who need a hand with something. (My previous post was deleted due to the cyber attack... ;~; )

 

THIS should be all good.

I think some of the badges are slightly broken on some of the themes -- if you encounter any problems, just let us know and we'll try to fix it.

 

Does this mean you'll be giving out badges again soon?

 

There wasn't a moratorium on handing out badges or anything, it's just that we haven't had enough time recently to get to it.

I plan on going through the nominations this weekend/beginning of the week. Sorry for the delay!

For Which Badge: Social Butterfly
For Why: As soon as I hit the forums, I was immediately welcomed by many, but Firepaw stuck out to me. Firepaw has done an amazing job at not only being a kind and wonderful cat to talk to, but also helping out others and in general being a good friend to everyone on the forums. The cat talks a lot, but it's always something positive to help someone out, or just to have a good time.

 

Also, a quick question:
How do you change the text immediately below your name? I see others with custom messages all the time, while I'm over here being a subatomic cosmonaut.;nurusad:

 

That's the title. You either get another by X amount of posts or you earn the custom title by getting the devs' attention.
