Outdated Avali Race Mod 0.12.4

Ah, yeah, the "chimneys". I figured it gave a bit of a sense of solidity to the whole structure? Kinda like they'd put it all together, and then the snow had covered over it afterwards.

 

I should probably to actually download the mod now; I've been putting it off thinking some sweet update is going to come along, and here it is!

Don't think it'l ever become official though- too different in every way from every official race, and that's why it's great!

The fix for the Character Creation mods has been found. For some reason, the image.cache in ~/Starbound/ screws them up. Deleting the image.cache and restarting Starbound fixes the problem.

Yeah one of my friends sent me a link laughing at the music, as well as discussing thief PvP (Pfft. Mesmer or go home), had it open in the tab next to imgur and copied the wrong tab xD

 

I'm liking it. The lower right one looks like two "modular" aerostats connected by a bridge with a banner/flag hanging from it.

I have like a dozen questions running through my mind about this concept right now, but I think for the moment it'll be best to wait until you've fleshed it out a bit more.

 

But I didn't have this issue BEFORE the new patch. I don't know why... Also I looked in their modinfo files and they only depend on themselves, it looks like. As for the vending machine mod, I have no idea what that one is. Maybe I could link you the mods, and you can see what the issue is?

 

If a mod tries to rely on itself, wouldn't it try to load the mod before it loads the mod, resulting in a paradox? Our computers run on Binary, not Trinary. If there's no mod required to run that mod, the line should be

And I'm telling you, if it has itself in the dependencies, REMOVE THAT. It should be a blank set of brackets.

@RyuujinZERO There is a missing pixel on the back arm for idle stance 3 and 4.

 

Are you sure that's not just a space between the arm and torso?

 

Stance 3 might be a natural gap, but 4 is a hole in the hand.

 

o.o simple extended character creation is down? whats the suggested mod?

 

xbawks is down? But I'm using it right now.

 

I unzipped the .rar file to my mods directory, but no ability to make an Avali character. HELP??

 

is your file structure
mods/avali/stuff
mods/xbawks/stuff

make sure it's xbawks and not xbox the name was forced to be changed.
mods/avali/avali/stuff is a common mistake.

 

ah Xander Kau's is broken. I haven't tried xbawks
