Outdated Avali Race Mod 0.12.4

Protip: do not try to load Starbound while unpacking the assets, just to see if a simple modinfo bump suffices. It slows loading down a lot. Other than that, bumping the modinfo version string is indeed enough.

Alas, my interbutts is kinda slow, so it'll be a few more minutes before the patch is downloaded for me.

(And just as i posted my 1000th post and a new doodle for folks, so it got totally buried in all the update discussion)

 

Of course, they have to pull a Wild Patch appeared on us.

 

The only downside is I just got done with my entire world area, but according to patchnotes now I need to quickly get my custom Glitch ship and start lugging all the stuff into it before the next update because of another universe update ;-;

 

I searched a few pages back and didnt see this asked yet, so forgive me if im buggering with a question yet again asked xD
I was curious as to how the vanity armors would work recipewise. As in, would they be tiered as well, or will they all require basic low end metals(among other things) such as durasteel or gold?

Thanks Ryuujin, quick work and awesome mod. I can't use the base races anymore, love the Avali something fierce. So much so I'm making a little home for my own pack! Keep up the good work!

 

I havn't finalised anything yet. But I'm expect most of them will use lower tier metals primarily (steel/titanium/durasteel especially), 'precious' metals (copper, gold, platinum etc), fabric, leather etc. Some may be locked til higher tiers (like I don't see the player making power armour before titanium/durasteel tier), but everything will be on offer before Tier 10. Some may require rare or obscure components to encourage exploration (like crystal)
