RP Avali Nexus: The RP thread

Given what Smallpaw was saying, the figure avoided anything with a W on it, and grabbed anything with an A on it. At least, as much as it could carry out. It didn't read any of the text, though surprisingly enough this hunt was going unusually well. It hadn't needed to gut or consume anyone on board - a difficult feat given the environmental suit.

 

There were numerous canned goods, of course. In fact, mostly canned goods. And there was a lot of them. Even with how much was being taken, it didn't seem like there was a hugely noticeable dent in supplies. Of course, that is if the cans were taken from multiple cabinets...if only taken from one, it would be very clear someone ransacked it.

 

Not that the figure stopped to check. It had been starving for some time - it just needed food. After a few minutes ransacking the cabinets, it was running away from the kitchen. Getting back out again was going to be a lot harder than getting in. In fact the only reason it had made progress so far was that it had been bloody lucky.

 

Sirius wakes from his nap, routinely reattaching the metal plates onto his arms, then putting his shirt, jacket, and boots back on. He unlocks the door and walks out, closing it behind him.
I could do with a little snack...
He starts wandering around the ship until he finds the kitchen.

 

*Looks up and sighs as her ears twitch to the sound of feet rushing through the halls. Curiously she followed the sound and Walks into the kitchen seeing it ransacked sighing softly**

what ever happened to asking politely... now... where did you go...

*She immediately began to follow the trail of dropped food cans. when it went dead her curiosity continued using her ethereal sight to follow the soul trail left behind. She was not gonna let a break and enter continue without investigating further.*

 

(Hey, guys - he's actually some distance from the Kitchen right now)

 

As the large avali is running through the halls, he comes across a Human clad in black clothing, with a dangerous looking revolver strapped to his hip. As he sees the Avali, he piulls out his gun and begins to say "What are you doing in here?!?". Depending on how fast the Avali is going, he could get a few shots off, or he could get barreled over.

//I thought that the ship had taken off, and we were flying away from the soldiers....... Am I wrong?

 

(I was informed the ship was still docked at the Spaceport, unless I was wrong)

Well either way he'd have to think fast - it was rather quickly moving towards him.

 

As the Avali speeds towards him, Wren manages to fire three rounds into the Avali before he is overtaken. Surely the large Avali had been stopped.......right?
//Well, I guess we landed somewhere else then....

 

Well...sort of. One shot skimmed over the shoulder, but another two took the left arm clean off. Unusually, there was no blood - though there was a pained screech as it dropped most of the food it was carrying. It stopped running away, and now just tried to grab the arm that had been parted from it's person.

 

Sirius finally arrives at the kitchen, clueless as to what just happened, checking the cupboards.
"That's a lot of canned food..."

 

The figure who'd been here last was not careful in acquiring food. The Cupboards showed clear signs of having been ransacked - most of it canned Avali food.

 

"...Strange... What happened here?"

 

As the creature recoils, Wren sprints for the airlock, and closes it. "Try and get out now!" Wren shouts at the Avali. Somebody else must've heard the gunshots.

 

Well, it looks as if it's luck finally ran out. However, it was too busy scrabbling around for it's arm to stop Wren from moving through the airlock.

 

Sirius definitely did, and starts wandering over to the source. When he arrives, he's definitely... Confused.
"What the... What's going on here?"

 

And sure enough, there was an Avali...scrabbling around for it's arm in a mess of canned Avali food. It hadn't noticed Sirius in it's panic.

 

"Well, that explains the cans..." Sirius picks up the arm, then holds it out to the Avali.

 

*She manageed to follow the trail just fine and caught up*

okay... what is going on he..... WHO SHOT HIM!!!

*She immediately ran over and began to try and examine the injury

 

Unfortunately, the Avali wasn't in the best mindset. Having your arm shot off kind of does that. So it hissed, snatched the arm and then ran over to the airlock. Not knowing how to open it, it settled on opening the airlock in the most logical manner.
