Oh, believe me, I've seen things that would make people's eyes bleed and have them sprinting for the 'close tab' button.

That goes for both NSFW material and god-awful roleplaying. The former can be fun; the latter's just depressing.

Unless you meant actual RP events in the nexus threads in which case yes I have barely been paying attention to these. I got projects to work on and stuff to do.

I'm not saying it can't work at all - I have a couple of very powerful characters who elect not to do things because that would be no fun (or simply because they're lazy and/or feel they aren't obligated to offer help unless it's actively requested. or believe in not solving everyone else's problems for them, etc.) - just that it's something you have to handle with care as it could easily upset someone or come across as comically flawed in unintended ways.

Sounds like you're doing okay though.

Like I said, it's less of an issue for more casual, freeform stuff. I'm just thinking it probably wouldn't stand up so well in a more structured environment.
