Why don't we start a google docs folder? Then everyone can have a doc they can keep up to date for each character they have. We can still use the convos to discuss character creation and development, but the folder would act as a place to collect all that reference material and keep it up to date.

Yeah, a separate wiki for characters might work a little better than the character convo just for the fact that the convo doesn't allow edits. I haven't put anything in the convo yet pretty much just because I don't want to set it all in stone yet.

Not one doc, a folder. Each character has their own doc that only its owner can edit.

Then you can have a list of characters, each one linked to a doc with their bio, ref and anything else they need.

 

Not all wikis have to be big, exhaustive, in-depth, or elaborate. It'd essentially just be a copy of the two character convos combined.

That sounds like it'd work well too.
