You could use this magical thing called RSS, of which there are A LOT of clients for. Like Feedly or Reeder. And ALL comics I've found so far have had a way to follow through RSS.

This thingy. It almost always gives you an address that when you visit it is full of XML gibberish. Just use whatever RSS client you chose and add that address.
I'm using it to follow, right now, a whopping 64 webcomics.
And awesome thing is, it's not only for comics. it's for ANYTHING that wants to use RSS. Like the starbound update news. Or assorted blogs. It's awesome.

And they usually keep track of which entries you have and haven't already read.

 

I assumed he only got 7 because he was using an RSS toolbar, but holy shit, iPod tabs

Yeah, it was falling fast enough that I would have major head problems.

 

Man.. the sheer amount of D'awws and OW's over the past 3 pages has given me whiplash as I caught myself up...
